Our Director of Innovation, Sam Taylor, had already earned the nickname “Data Shark” for the way he cuts through complexity. Then came the moment: a Coastal teammate showed up at our booth in the Salesforce Campground dressed head-to-fin in a shark suit—a playful surprise for the “real” Data Shark. It stopped people in their tracks. And just like that, Sammy swam into our story.
